web server for windows XP...
if yes, where can i find it...???
if not, how can i develop my web site on my PC...???

i really need to know it...

No, apparently MS is not interested!
If you have XP Pro, you can use IIS.

If you have XP Professional (not Home) you can use IIS. Otherwise
you can use a third-party product such as APache.

IIS (Internet Information Services) is the tool you are looking for, and
it's only available in WinXP Pro. You can install it using add &
remove/windows components. It is not available for WinXP Home versions, you
would need to look for a third party solution.
