Personal Web Manager

First time user of IIS.
I've loaded IIS5.0 on W2KPro on PC from the W2K CD.
I start PWM via Control Panel/Admin Tools/PWM
--> Advanced Menu
-----> I Assign Web Directory and Default Document.
--> Main Menu
-----> Publishing -> "Web Servering is off"
-----> Home Directory -> Blank
-----> Start button does nothing?
Help Button --> "IIS must be started to view help" ????
I check services, IIS is running.

I can't get PWM to run. Can someone point me in the right
direction? What have I missed?

You know that IIS is running when you go to Start | Run | http://localhost | OK and you don't get an error. Is that the case?
