Personal Macro Workbook will not open

When I start Excel my personal Macro Workbook will not automatically
open,(Personal.xls). It is stored in the default location. If I rename the
file to anything else the file opens, or if I manually use the open command
the file opens.

Excel used to work and open personal.xls. I do not know what changed to
make this behavoir. Any ideas on how to correct the issue?

When you pull-down Help > About Excel...

Make sure that you check Disabled Items.
Make sure personal.xls didn't get added.
