personal folders fail to open

Dear All,

I can't open a personal folders on the Microsoft Outlook.
After removing and adding the personal folders, it's still
the same. After that, I made use of scanpst.exe for
repairing but there no error finds.

May I know how can I open it again as I got so much
information on the local folder!
