Personal Folders Backup

I just installed the Windows 7 beta and I've tried downloading the personal
folders backup on Outlook 2003. (it worked find with XP Professional) I
receive the following error. Setup as detected that you do not have Outlook
200, 2002 or 2003 installed on this machine. Before this download can be
installed you must install Outlook or an Office family product that includes
Microsoft Outlook. To find out more infomation about Microsoft Office go to
http://www.microsoft.com/office/

Can anyone help me as I definitely have Outlook 2003 installed on my computer?
