can't uninstall outlook personal folders backup tool

I previously had installed Outlook 2002 with personal folders backup
installed. I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. In order to install Outlook
2003, the install wizard uninstalled the previous version of Outlook. Now
Backup does not appear in the File menu. I have tried to reinstall
pfbackup.exe, but I get an error message saying that it is already installed
for a previous version and and I must uninstall it from the previous version
before installing it again. Outlook personal folders backup doesn't appear
in the Windows Remove Programs menu. How do I uninstall the old pfbackup in
order to install pfbackup for the new Outlook version?
