Personal Folders Backup installation problem

I've tried to install Outlook 2003/2002 Add-in: Personal Folders
Backup.

Downloaded file named: pfbackup.exe after validation, but when I
execute the file I get message : "installation information data
unavailable".

I can't install Add-in cause of that problem.

What shall I do to resolve the problem?

try downloading it again to another location. If you used Firefox to
download it then use IE. If you used IE delete your temp internet files
first.
