Personal Folders Backup Add-in

When I install the personal folders backup add-in under an account with
administrator privileges, I don't see the "Backup" command available in
Outlook for the account I generally use. I found a website showing how to
install the add-in manually using Tools/Options/Other tab/Advanced Options
button/COM Add-ins button. But the outbak.dll file it said to look for was
not there. Am I missing something?

Thanks,
chovaz

Look under the admin account or use Search in Windows to find out where the
dll-file is located for you.

I did a search while in the account I generally use, but still didn't see the
dll. But what you said about looking under the admin account got me
thinking. The admin account I was using was for the computer itself, but my
regular account is for a network domain. So I installed the add-in on the
network administrator account and then I was able to find and add the dll in
my regular network account.

Thanks
