Personal folder display

A website called popnav started showing up in my personal
folder display. In trying to get rid of it, I deleted the
source for the correct personal folder display. Is it
necessary to uninstall and reinstall the whole office
program, or can I find the file I need somewhere else?
Additionally, what is up with this popnav? I discovered
that I can open on a new page to see my inbox, but the
popnav is aggravating. How do I get rid of it?
