Persmissiions utility

Is there a utility out there that can generate a report of permission
settings on a Win2k system? I recently installed a program for students on
several computers and it will only work on a few that have the appropriate
permissions. I install countless programs that require some special settings
and a utility like this would save me a lot of time and effort.
