Perpetual Reboot

My 2000 server keeps rebooting. Goes though the starting
process and when it is supposed to go to the login screen
it reboots

Try booting into safe mode. Review your event logs for hints as to the

It won't boot into safe mode. Last known good didn't

I think it's time to pull out the cd and boot up with it and try a repair.

buddy you got a virus and need to reinstall windows 2k

This happens to me when I disable ACPI in the BIOS.
