HELP


I'm trying to set permissions on a user locally and via
the network. I put the user in the administrators group
through the computer management screen, but he still has
trouble loading programs. He has both local and network
IDs with administrative rights set on both. Where am I
missing it?
 
domain logons with local IDs

win 2000 server logons with xp accounts as well
