Permission

I shared a folder from xp pc and don't allow to replace & delete the file but
need to allow them to create the file on the folder.


May I know what are the permission need to grant in security folder ?
 
Use Special or Effective permissions for this, use Deny instead of
Allow, Deny always supersedes Allow.
