Permission to "Add or Remove Programs

Hi all,

I am using Windows XP Pro and have admin rights. I would like to uninstall a
program using the "Add or Remove Programs" utility in the Control Panel. The
problems, when I click the "Add or Remove Programs" icon, I am told that "Add
or Remove Programs is restricted. Contact your administrator." I AM the
administrator! How do I give myself permission (or rights?) to do this?
