Permission problems in workgroup

Hi,

I established a two comuters network,
both on win2k pro.
when I try to access printer share, I need to login with one of the local
users (of the computer that has the shares) in order to have any access to
the computer.
after getting access to the computer, I have no problem accessing the shares
or printing in the shared printer.
when I had a network in WinXP I had no such problem,
Access to computer from network has proper permissions in local policy, also
the share has proper permissions (i even put "everyone").
but nothing helps,
can anyone help me how to solve this problem?

Make sure all useraccounts exist on all computers.
