Permission for editing user objects??

Hi All

I'm trying to give permissions to a couple of people to be able to only edit
the data in the users active dirctory objects (their phone number, addresss,
etc. only.)

Any idea how to do this? I'm assuming delegation, but not sure what objects
to choose from the list.

You would use custom task to delegate and delegate permissions on user
objects.
