Permission Error Message

Good day,

I am receiving an error when trying to send/receive. The error was something
that began randomly as I had just checked my email 10 minutes prior. When
hitting the send/receive button, a message appears stating "you do not
appropriate permissions to perform this function" I cannot even go into my
mail setup to access send/receive options to have Outlook check my messages
automatically. I cannot export my contacts. Thoughts? Is there a deeper
rooted problem? I have Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Professional.

I have the exact same problem and haven't had a fix for it. It too appeared
suddely.
