permission error message

just got a radeon 9600 and
i'm getting:


you do not have permission to change CATALYST Control Center settings.
Please contact your administrator for further help.

everytime i try to open the CCC and log on.

Any suggestions? TIA!

Do you have a "limited" user account on Win XP?
