Permission changes

Hello,

This is going to sound like a paranoid question, but I need help.
Someone in our domain admins group made permission changes on a shared
folder. We know when it happened, but we don't know who did it. Is
there a log somewhere that I'm missing that could tell me who did
this. Any help would be appreciated.
