Permanently setting the folder view

Hello,

Does WinXP-Pro support the setting of a folder view though the
desktop.ini file? If so, then how does one do it? What are the CLSID
codes that need to be used, etc.? Thanks.

My desktop.ini is totally blank, Daniel. I see no reason for the file. After
setting the view you want in Windows Explorer, select Tools/Folder
Options/View and click on "Apply to all Folders". Exit by using File/Close.

Actually, I see a reason to use the file. If the bagsMRU registry get's
corrupted and needs to be reset, then I have to go back through the
files and reset the views. I want to avoid doing this.
