Permanently setting security permissions

The unknown Posterchild

Any way to permanently set permissions for other programs to read my outlook
email addresses?
OL2002 SP3
XP Pro SP2

I changed a registry setting for Acrobat, but that probably wasn't for email
addresses...

HELP PLEASE!!
