How to permanently change the text size for HTML format messages

Hi,
Is any way to permanently change the text size for HTML format messages?
Whenever I open a HTML format message, I can change the text size from
medium to lager. However, I have to change the text size for every HTML
format message. Can I configure that the default text size is larger for
all HTML format messages? Or can I modify registry to change the default
text size?
Here is some information for the machine.
OS: Windows XP PRO SP2
Email client: Outlook 2003
