Permanently Removing Accessability Options

Does anyone know how to remove the Accessability Options
in XP PERMANENTLY? I am so tired of having to disable
this crap every single day that I am seriously thinking
of DUMPING Windows all together and switching to Linux.

In earlier releases you had the option of not installing
this crap, but I do not see any place to remove it in XP.
 
You can't remove it but you can turn off the options. What are you doing,
how are you disabling and are you disabling from an Administrator's account?
