Permanently display FULL Tray bar (without clicking the ">" icon)

In my WinXP there is a tiny round button with an arrow ">" between the taskbar and the tray at
the bottom of the screen.

When I click on this tiny button it moves to the left and unhides other, not recently used icons in the tray bar.
How can I permanently unhide all these (mormally hidden) tray icons?
I don't want to click on the ">" button explicitely
