Performs illegal operation on save

This happens on one sheet only of one document when rows are inserted, data
is entered and saved. Can any one help please.
EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO97.DLL at 0167:306c2481.

I think the workbook is corrupt. Ther are ways to fix this.
