Performance with Windows 2000 Workstations and Windows 2003 Server

I recently migrated from a Windows NT 4.0 domain to a Windows 2003 domain.
All of the Windows 2000 workstations are now booting slow. The "applying
computer setting" at the boot process seems to be slow. The problem seems to
be with Windows 2000 workstations and not Windows XP workstaiton. Any ideas
on speedy up this process?

Make sure you have configured DNS properly. All client PCs should be using
only the DNS server in the AD domain to resolve names, the DNS server in the
domain should be forwarding requests to your ISP/outside DNS servers for
names not inside the domain.

The DNS does point to the AD DNS Server. And everything seems to be fine
with name resolution. Any other suggestions?
