Performance problem, locking up

Windows XP extremely slow in opening Excel files on Server Windows 2000. My
computer is also starting to lock-up. Have run Registry Mechanic, Spybot but
does not help. Windows firewall on client side disabled. Any ideas.

Just typical Windoze bit-rot. Time to reformat and reinstall.
