Perflib_Perfdata in Local Temp folder- What is it ?

Clean out 'Temp Folders' regular, then this appeared and can't delete it !
Have at the moment Two Files ' Perdata_2d4.dat and perdata_388.dat.

What are they ?
Why ?
How do I delete and should I delete?
 
start/../admin tools/Performance has the setting for making log files.
