per-recipient send options in outlook 2003

Eric and Megan Swope

Hi. I am running outlook 2003 on a home computer. When I click new
message, then To, and select a recipient, I next highlight the name in the
To box, and click Advanced. Under Advanced I click send options, and I get
the following error message, "Per-recipient send options could not be set.
The recipient has no options specified." How do I enable these options or
what do I have to do to use this feature? Thanks.

This is normal behavior. There are no options for you to set in your scenario.
