Peoplesoft/Excel error message

I try to execute a Excel document from within PeopleSoft
and I get a error message "Caught class CNamException
(namtask.cpp,819): Spreadsheet queue reader has died
(28,143)"

How about waiting more than 13 minutes before whining about your
problem? Impatience is not well regarded or rewarded here.
