65534 Row Limit

I am trying to import query data from PeopleSoft to Excel; although my
query has about 125K rows the import stops at the 65536 limit even
though I am using Office 2007. Can anyone suggest what settings I
might have set improperly or why I would be getting this limitation
with the 2007 version. Thanks in advance.

You need to make sure that your target workbook is a 2007 workbook, not a
2003 compatible workbook.

Bob's reply is spot-on, but I'd would advise trying to summarize or
filter your data through a DB first to avoid sluggishness in Excel.

Bob...I've check my configuration manager...it is set to Excel 12.0
Is that the setting you're refering too? If not...how to I determine
my target workbook?

No, I was referring to the workbook that you are importing into.
