People sending me email get a Mailbox Full Message

Hi

People are getting this message even though my mailbox is empty. It's a Dell we just bought and got up and running so our Outlook Express is empty except for a few emails. Where can I go to change settings or see details on why it's telling people the mailbox is full and kicking back their emails?

Have you thought that it might be the mailbox at your ISP that is full?
