Mailbox Full OL2000

One of my pc users (Win98 - OL 2000 - Exchange 5) has been getting a
"Mailbox full" message from the Postmaster, which asks him to delete
unwanted messages, empty the Trash folder and keep the PST below 15MB.

How do we ensure that
(a) no limit is set on a user's mailbox? and
(b) the current setting is over-ridden?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Regards,
Russel

Limits can't be placed against PST files since this is considered local
storage. However if the mail is kept on the server, then one starts
Exchange Administrator and should take a peek at the limits tab on the
user's mailbox object or at the private information store level for the
server they reside on. (What is set on the mailbox overrides information
store level. If nothing is set on mailbox object, then it inherits from
private information store level.)

Many thanks. I'll take a look at the limits tab as you suggest and post
back my results.
