peoblems with windows xp 64bit

i have been haveing alot of problems with windos 64bit and
i want to uninstall it. need help on doing this becuse
there is no uninstall file and an i am getting frustrated.
plz some one help me.

Normally OS's don't have an uninstall (exceptions are upgrading from
say Win98 to WinXP for example), because if you uninstall the OS,
there is no OS left to boot the computer. Now if you upgraded from XP
32-bit to XP 64-bit on an AMD system, then you need to
format/reinstall to go back to the 32-bit XP.
