Peer to Peer available with USMT 2.6??

I have looked around but not seen anything to mention peer-to-peer being an
availble option with this version. Is it possible with this version or
perhaps on-board for a version later down the road?

Having an intermediate store is not always an available option. I imagine
that I could transfer the data via laplink cable over to the new machine with
the new machine being the intermediate store, but that seems a little
backwards.

Any help or thoughts on this?
