Is there a feature similar to Adobe Acrobat in Microsoft
Office XP? I was hoping that I could use office instead
of buying Adobe Acrobat 6.0 for $299. Any advice would be
appreciated.

Thanks,

There is no such feature in Word, but there are cheaper PDF writing clones
than Acrobat - whether they are as complete, I hesitate to suggest. Try a
Google search for PDF writer.

Start your serach for PDF tools at http://www.planetpdf.com/.

For creating individual PDF's of individual document files, then for
that sort of work I use Ghostscript which is free. However, I also find
the basic Acrobat tool the best for manipulating, combining, editing,
etc. PDF files to make the 'deliverable' document.
