Is there any way you can import a Pdf file in Frontpage I am using
Version 2003

Yes. Import it into your web (File > Import) and then create a link to it.

With the web site open:
File->Import
Click "Add file" and browse to the .pdf file
Click Open
If necessary, click the file name in the Import dialogue, click Modify
and change the URL where you want the file placed.
Click OK.


Or

With the website open in FrontPage,
Open Windows Explorer
Browse to the .pdf file and drag it into the open web.

Use File > Import as you would to import any file into a FP web.

Also, you don't *insert* a pdf file in a page, you make a hyperlink to it.
