PDF Security

I am using Office 2007 Student and Home version. Can I save a word file as a
PDF and give it a security setting so it can be read only? If so how? It's
driving me CRAZY....

You can do this with the full version of Adobe Acrobat, but there will be
nothing stopping the reader using OCR to reproduce the document. Word's PDF
add-in does not include such security tools.
