pdf printing

I have copied pdf file to favorites and syncronized to
open off-line and moved to desktop. File doesn't open and
can't print. File opened in word is encrypted. Help!

You're using Word to open a PDF file? That's your problem. The Adobe
Reader (www.adobe.com) is the program you use for that.

Word is not a universal file-opening tool!
