A couple colleagues are having difficulty viewing a PDF'd version of several
PowerPoint documents. We are accessing them using IE and displaying them
within a browser window. I'm not having the same problem. Can anyone shed
any light as to why my colleagues would be unable to see the document while
I'm not having a problem? Is it an Acrobat Reader issue?

Thanks in advance,
Barb Reinhardt

It's hard to say. You don't mention what specific problem they're having. If
it's the old "I click on the file then my head spins around and spits green
stuff" problem, it may be beyond our ability to help. ;-)

But start by eliminating some variables. Have them open the PDF by
doubleclicking on it rather than viewing it in the browser.

Find out what version of Reader you have and what version they have (including
updates ... that can be significant).
