pdf format and Word format(template)

I recently recieved an e-mail attachment from my insurance co.inwhice,I had
to download and fill out,it came in an pdf format and I cant fill it out
cause she said I had to download word(template)where do I go to download
that?And once I download it,how do I change it form pdf to word?

You should really ask your insurance company that question!

I suspect what she meant was that you should download the Word version of
the form and fill that out. I'd guess you can download it from your insurance
co's website.

Call them back and ask the question or see if they will send you the Word
file.

Thank you Steve,but I did go to their website,and yes,you can pick the option
to use the Word version,but when I do,it only lets me do it on a wordpad and
then I cant e-mail it to her,and it is terrible,cant get on the lines or fill
in the blanks,looks like a mess.
