PDF Files into excel

I have a couple PDF files that my department enters manual
The pdfs have a consistent column format with a multiple
in one column and a cost in another ie.

Widgets
Number of
Widgets
Day
Mon Tue Cost per widget

1 3 $10

5 1 $ 8

How would you set up a PDF so that the amount is in one
column and cost is in another through the full version of
Adobe?
