PDF file doesn't maintain hyperlinks in word

Hi.

I have hyperlinks in word in a TOC but when it becomes a pdf, a user can't
access the hyperlinks.

HELP?

What tools are you using to produce the PDF file? Is this in Word 2007 using
Word's own PDF capabilities, or is it using PDFMaker (in Word 2007 or some
other version), or using something else entirely?
 
Great questions. I tried creating the file from Adobe and it worked. Thanks
