a) What version of Outlook and what type of mail server (pop/imap or
Exchange)?
b) For the love of god, why? If I received an attachment with every mail I
got from someone, I'd block that persons email. If you're that concerned
with security of the message and not having some text be changed, I'd look
into pgp signatures, which are just a small bit of text that require the
recipient to do nothing, but can easily be used to verify that the content
has been changed.
