Unable to open a "pdf" form from the internet exployer to
a word document. Does this have anything to do with my
firewall or what. Am a fairly new user to Windows XP.
Need step by step instruction and appreciate it. Thanks.

Rose,
To open a pdf format document you need to download and install Adobe Acrobat
Reader from
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html

Greetings --

The Portable Document Format (*.pdf) files are in a proprietary
file format created by Adobe Acrobat. To be able to open and read
such files, you need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat
Reader. To be able to edit such files, you'd need to purchase and
install Adobe Acrobat.
