PDF Download

As with a number of other posts concerning this recent
problem, I am getting image placeholder and "Done"
message onthe bottom task bar, but no Document.

There have been a number of posts on this subject but no
answers yet.

I have: win XP pro, ie 6, Spyware (with recent updates).
Problem seems to have started after downloading Sasser
patch - but might have been a coincidence.

I have not restored system yet until tried this forum.
Also tried edit/preferences/internet settings within
Acrobat 5.0; but cannot find the check box for pdf
display options that other forums suggest.

uninstall crobat, then download and install Journal Viewer from Microsoft, then install acrobat again.

Been to links on MS Website: seems to be XP Tablet
version. Is this going to cause problems on my PC?
