PDF and Printing

I have Adobe PDF 7.0 professional installed. When printing a graphics (map
or pictures), it comes out all black. If I convert the PDF to word
document, it prints out okay (color and all).

I'd suspect an issue with the printer driver. See if the
printer-manufacturer has an update.

They don't support the printer anymore. All they want to do is sell me a
new printer.... go figure.
Maybe Christmas looks good for me this year.
