PDC emulator change

I have two servers, and changed the operations master (PDC) from
server1 to server2... however, I cannot change it back because now
they both think they are the master.

Any ideas how I can change it back? Will 'seize'ing the PDC operations
fix the problem?

Did you "seize" or "transfer"?

What tool did you use?

If you seized the role then the only completely reliable method
is to "DCPromo" the original to non-DC and then DCPromo
it back if you wish to return it to DC status.

Also, what about the other roles?
