PCW_CAB_NDP error when trying to load .net sp1?!?

This is the error I get and can't get by it :

Error 1335 : The cabinet file "PCW_CAB_NDP" is corrupt and cannot be
used.

What can I do now, I have tried to reload .net Framework several
times...I don't know where the corrupt file is they are talking about//
Should I try and load SP2 for XP?
