PCtel HSP56 MR modem in notebook

I setup window xp on my notebook computer but XP says my modem (PCtel HSP56 MR) is "not digitally signed" and will not
recognize or install the modem. Is there a compatible replacement? Does Microsoft have a solution to my problem?
